1. Acceptance of Terms
By using TransferAlbania24 services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
TransferAlbania24 provides airport transfer and private transportation services in Albania. We connect passengers with professional drivers through our online booking platform.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are confirmed via email. Prices are fixed at the time of booking and include all taxes and tolls. Payment can be made by cash to the driver or by card through our secure system.
4. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. No-shows are charged the full amount. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Modifications
Booking modifications (date, time, route) are subject to availability. Minor changes are free; significant changes may affect pricing.
6. Airport Transfers
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time from actual flight landing. We track flights automatically. After 60 minutes, additional waiting may incur charges.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate contact and flight information.
8. Luggage
Standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person) is included. Extra or oversized luggage should be declared at booking. We reserve the right to refuse excessive luggage.
9. Liability
TransferAlbania24 is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other force majeure events. We carry passenger liability insurance for all transfers.
10. Insurance
All vehicles are fully insured. Drivers carry professional liability insurance. Passengers are covered during the transfer.
11. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted within 7 days of the transfer. We investigate all complaints and respond within 5 business days.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tirana.
